❌ If a customer does NOT agree to these terms, they MUST NOT purchase a shared server.

• ✔ Data inconsistencies may occur due to simultaneous user activities.
• ✔ System performance can vary based on shared resource consumption.

📌 Customers are 100% responsible for backing up their own data. We do not accept liability for any data loss.

🛑 In the event of an outage in a shared server environment, we provide only time-based compensation:

• ✔ If a shared server is down for one day, the user will receive one extra day of access at the end of their subscription.
• ✔ No financial compensation, refunds, or legal claims will be accepted.

🚨 For businesses requiring stability, security, and guaranteed uptime, a dedicated server is MANDATORY.

The sandbox systems do not include standard SAP IDES test data but are instead unrestricted SAP SANDBOX environments, allowing you to build and test your SAP processes effectively.

• ✔ This is a shared server – other users also have access, meaning data integrity is not guaranteed, and inconsistencies may occur.
• ✔ Customization changes can be overwritten by other users.
