sapidessandbox.com is a reseller and does not manage the physical servers. The primary hosting provider is fully responsible for server uptime, security, and data integrity.
Customer Confirmation
By purchasing a shared server, the customer explicitly confirms they understand and accept:
- The risks associated with shared servers (e.g., downtime, performance issues, data overwrites).
- That shared servers are NOT suitable for business-critical purposes.
- That neither sapidessandbox.com nor the provider is responsible for service disruptions or data loss.
Data Integrity on Shared Servers
Shared servers do not provide guaranteed data integrity or security. Your configurations may be overwritten, and inconsistencies can occur.
Compensation Policy
In case of an outage, we only provide time-based compensation. If a server is down for one day, you receive one extra day of access. No financial compensation or refunds will be issued.
