• ✔ They acknowledge that shared servers are NOT suitable for business-critical purposes.
• ✔ They accept that neither sapidessandbox.com nor the hosting provider is responsible for any service disruptions, data loss, or security breaches.

• ✔ Your configurations or customizations may be overwritten by other users.
• ✔ Data inconsistencies may occur due to simultaneous user activities.
• ✔ System performance can vary based on shared resource consumption.

🛑 In the event of an outage in a shared server environment, we provide only time-based compensation:

• ✔ If a shared server is down for one day, the user will receive one extra day of access at the end of their subscription.
• ✔ No financial compensation, refunds, or legal claims will be accepted.

The sandbox systems do not include standard SAP IDES test data but are instead unrestricted SAP SANDBOX environments, allowing you to build and test your SAP processes effectively.

• ✔ This is a shared server – other users also have access, meaning data integrity is not guaranteed, and inconsistencies may occur.
• ✔ Customization changes can be overwritten by other users.
